Refund Policy

At Tropical Woman, we value hygiene, safety and respect for our customers. As we are an intimate and beachwear brand, our products follow specific care and protection standards.

1. Exchanges and Returns

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of bikinis or any other intimate item, even if it has not been used.

This policy is in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, article 17, which provides for exceptions to the right of free resolution for goods whose return may compromise health issues.

2. Defective product

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

• Product photos
• Description of the defect

3. Order cancellation

Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel the order, as the preparation and shipping process begins quickly to ensure on-time delivery.
