Shipping Policy

At Tropical Woman, we want to ensure that you receive your order quickly, safely and clearly. That's why we've created a simple and transparent shipping policy.

 

1. Deliveries in mainland Portugal and islands

 

We ship our items through CTT – Correios de Portugal, ensuring reliable delivery to all regions of the country.

• Shipping time: up to 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Fixed shipping cost: €6.00 for all cities in Portugal, including islands (Azores and Madeira).
• The tracking code will be sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

 

2. Pick-up Point – Almada

 

If you prefer, we provide a free pick-up point in Almada.

• After confirming your purchase, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to schedule local delivery.
• The pick-up point is open from Monday to Saturday, at an agreed time.

 

3. Important Information

• Make sure you fill in the shipping details correctly to avoid delays.
• If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, you will need to pay for new shipping costs for resending.
